Deputy families Bartosz Marczuk told IAR that the prize gives a lot of satisfaction, especially since it admitted the representatives of large families. “The award is the first cause for satisfaction and honor. We are particularly pleased that this is the first international prize, and the prize of the environment and secondly large families, on which we in this program depends” – said the deputy minister.
the award was granted in recognition of outstanding achievements in the field of family policy, in particular for the implementation of the “Family 500 plus.”
European Large Families Confederation collects the Association of Large Families in Europe. It represents over 50 million European citizens, who come from almost 9 million large families. Its aim is, among others representing social and economic interests of families with children, especially large families.
In within operating from April 1, the government program “Family 500 plus” is paid educational provision in the amount of $ 500 per month for each second and subsequent children, and poorer families – also on the first. Support is also provided for all children in foster care. For families across the country went almost 5 billion zł.
