The letter of intent between the companies PKP Cargo and Freight Swidnica Greenbrier Europe was signed on 1 July. Greenbrier supply documentation, technology, standards, quality control and production line equipment. Polish partner has the task of providing qualified production and administrative staff and workshop facilities.

Thousands of cars from Szczecin

– Greenbrier is an American leader in the production of rolling stock, listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Together we will create a modern wagon manufacturing plant in Szczecin. The investment means the production of thousands of cars in the coming years, in the longer term the possibility of increasing the number of produced cars and hiring additional staff from Szczecin and surrounding area – says Adam Purwin, president of PKP Cargo.
