Sources “Fakt” claim that Patricia Kotecka was head of marketing at Link4. And the insurer is a wholly owned subsidiary of state-owned PZU, whose chief was recently confidante of the PiS – Michael Krupiński. Which is a good friend’s brother Zbigniew Ziobro – Witold.
Wife Ziobro replaced in this position by Bartosz Kwieciński. He will be responsible for marketing communications, cooperation with the media and industry e-business.
