on Friday launched the program "Family 500 plus", whereby families receive the benefit of education in the amount of 500 zł for the second and subsequent children, and if they meet the income criterion (800 zł per family or 1200 zł in families with disabled children) - also at first.

"From April 1, and so on Friday, you will be able to apply in their place of residence" - recalled in an interview with PAP Rafalska. She added that the government may appoint special points on which applications will be accepted, eg. In the nursery, kindergarten, school.

She pointed out that the applications can also be submitted online - portal empatia.mrpips.gov.pl, PUE ZUS, ePUAP and electronic banking. "The money will be paid depending on your decision - if someone in your application declares that he wants to influence the bank account, so be it. If requested by any other form of payment, it can also be implemented" - he added Rafalska. She added that also in the case of withdrawals from the program, plus 500 local governments will be able to run a special service points inhabitants.

The head MRPiPS urged not to submit applications at once on the first day. "If I could ask anything, it is about us one day (...) do not make these applications, all at once, because we can do it in three months. We will not lose a penny, get benefit compensation from April," - she said. On submission of the first application we have time until the end of June. "Perhaps it will allow us to avoid possible congestion and and so the decision will be given you" - added the Minister of the family.

She stressed that the applications are free. "If someone expects to pay for an application, it is a spoof of the beneficiaries. These applications can be obtained from the municipality, in a place where it will consist either make use of an electronic form," - said Rafalska, referring to the frequent phishing money or personal data under the pretext of mediating application.
