Lidl March 1 implemented a program of salary increases for their employees. Within two years (2014-2016) the employee’s salary increased same store as much as 12 percent. This year’s increase included, as in previous years, all employees.

After salary increases as a security store is 2400 zł – 2800 zł gross at the beginning of the work with a guaranteed increase to the level of 2850 zł – 3250 zł after two years of seniority. The remuneration store manager for people starting work in this position is up to 4400 zł – 5000 zł gross. After two years, as in the case store employee, salary increase is guaranteed and is at the level of 6300 zł – 6800 zł gross.
