The Management Board of Tauron unchanged

Treasury Ministry, which exercises ownership supervision over energy companies controlled by State wanted to recall some of the members of the Management Board of Tauron of five.
These changes have to be a consequence of the submission by Tauron unsatisfactory Treasury bids for the mine Brzeszcze. The mine has been separated from the bankrupt Coal Company and lodged with the Company’s Restructuring Mines.
On Tuesday, Tauron has declared the possibility of buying the mine, but for 1 zł, in a public tender, and provided its earlier restructuring designating the reduction of employment and more flexible wages.
