As we read, the minister of infrastructure and construction Andrzej Adamczyk established two teams that analyze the entire sales process PKP Energy. The first is composed of employees of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction and officials from other ministries. It is composed of individuals who did not participate in the company’s sales. In the second body composed of representatives of the institutions that participated in the privatization, so officials from the Department of Railway Ministry and employees of PKP SA.
Applications for privatization of PKP Power should be announced in a few weeks. “If these bands confirmed our doubts, we will use the following procedures in order to restore the situation in accordance with Polish law,” – says Minister Adamczyk.
