If the parents are divorced, the benefit is due to the parent who actually cares for – says Marchuk.
The law introducing the “500+ Family” does not specify under what used to be the provision of education.
– We believe in families, and we believe that parents are the best friends of their children, and they – and not we, officials – should decide what to spend the money. Does not indicate exactly what we mean by it that they seem to be on the family, it would be quite reckless – said Marchuk.
