Vanilla unmarked contains MSG. Not a nutrient, vitamin, or mineral and has no health benefits. MSG has a stimulating effect on the brain, so we think something tastier (than in reality), and, therefore, we eat more – said on the portal.
And palm oil?
Is extracted from the seeds or pulp olejowca gwinejskiego.
